Hottie Pilates is a contemporary approach to classic pilates developed by Janice Nichols. Athletic and strength building exercises are incorporated into Hottie Pilates workouts, which may include weighted bars, balls and hand weights. Unlike classic Pilates, our progressive functional movements have quick bursts of power and speed, which increase your heart rate for a great cardio workout.

This app includes a total of 7 workout videos that are great for intermediate and advanced fitness levels. Videos are available 24/7 and do NOT require a wireless or 3G network connection.
